Questions
What if I'm just traveling or in the hospital?
You get several reminders over two weeks, then your trusted contacts are asked, then there is a 7-day waiting period. At any point you can tap one button and everything resets.
Who can see my videos?
No one — not even us — until delivery is confirmed. Your trusted contacts only confirm that you have passed; they never see the content.
What happens to the videos after they're delivered?
Recipients can watch and download for 90 days, and can keep a permanent link. Nothing is ever deleted without the family's choice.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. Add, delete, or re-record videos and update recipients or trusted contacts anytime.
